Refund Policy

At Bellwether Construction Co., we take pride in delivering high-quality construction and landscaping services. Because our work requires planning, materials, and labor, our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our team.

1. Deposits

  • A deposit is required to secure scheduling and begin preparation for your project.

  • Deposits are non-refundable, as they cover administrative costs, scheduling, and procurement of materials.

2. Cancellations

  • Before Work Begins: If you cancel your project before work has started, you may be eligible for a partial refund of any payments made beyond the non-refundable deposit.

  • After Work Has Begun: Once work has started, refunds will not be issued. Payments will be applied toward labor, materials, and services already provided.

3. Project Changes

  • If you request changes after a project has started, additional costs may apply.

  • Refunds are not issued for portions of the project already completed or materials already purchased.

4. Service Quality Guarantee

  • If you are dissatisfied with the quality of work, please notify us within 7 days of project completion. We will make reasonable efforts to correct issues at no additional cost.

  • Refunds are not guaranteed but may be considered at our sole discretion in exceptional cases.

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Special-order materials or custom products purchased for your project are non-refundable.

  • Permit fees, design services, and other third-party costs are also non-refundable.
